Google "Gemini Drops (May)" β A Fast New Model, a Morning Briefing, and a Price Cut on the Top Plan
What happened: Google announced Gemini's monthly update. Along with a faster new model, it added "Daily Brief," which summarizes the day's schedule and key points each morning, as well as agent features that work on your behalf.
Why it matters: The price of the top plan has been lowered, making features that were previously too expensive to reach more accessible. Many of the new features are available in Japan, too.
